This formative stage facilitates a sketch of our initial design concepts. Subsequently, after thorough research and inspiration, the team will move through the phases of design and find you the most effective, functional, and elegant solution; while adhering to the practical aspects of budgets, accessibility, and timelines. We provide you our design services explained in depth in the following stages.
As per your design brief and requirement, we'll lay out a few plan options. This ensures that space has been arranged to your satisfaction and we have maximized the spatial potential by including maximum storage, designated living space, bespoke furniture, etc. within the floor plan.
This is the first most important step wherein zones will be defined with an easy circulation of spaces. Color schemes will be discussed. A Survey will be done by us if required. At this stage, we also talk about your budget which helps us determine our options. We aim to improve your home regardless of budget and work on projects of every scale.
After the layout and design brief has been confirmed, we develop a unique look as per every client's need. During this time, we produce a visual rendering of the design concept with a material mood board and reveal the concept of each design, enabling clients to understand the proposed design in detail.
All 3D and 2D designs can be fine-tuned as per our detailed discussion of the complete look of the project which can be then finalized and agreed upon. We will use your feedback to refine any design changes until left with an integrated concept and design scheme.
After crystallization of the design concept, we further show the client a full set of final 2D drawings, including services set and a whole list of interior items that need to be purchased i.e., flooring, wall cladding, veneer, sanitary, furniture, art & accessories, etc. A spreadsheet will be presented to you with the estimated cost for all the selected materials for their approval.
Site work will commence after the approval of all drawings, materials, consultants, contractors, furniture, furnishings, timeline & budget, etc. Our team will have periodic site visits to ensure that the work is carried out as proposed by the team of contractors and update the client with the site progress report on a timely basis.
The purchase of materials will be coordinated, furniture and accessories will be arranged, and final touches will be implemented following the design plan. Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with the result and enjoy the place with peace of mind.
